Dear Advcash,
I received the debit card last week and you inform me yesterday that I will be not able to use it in the future. You also mentioned that you are looking for a new card provider and will send a new card for free. What you did not mentioned is that what will happen if you will not able to find a new partner and send a new card? Will you refund the amount you took for ordering the current card?
Please advice.
